As I mention in Don’t Listen To The Voice Of Treason, it is not the type of writing I want to put out here. I did so more because I believe I needed to. It costs a fortune to put our children through college and political agenda is not what we were paying for. Not to mention, it is just wrong to take advantage of people when they are emotionally vulnerable, but that has not stopped it from becoming commonplace in our world today.

Don’t listen to the voice of treason

It speaks when your most vulnerable

You may be their means

But you’re not their reason

Hook you when you need a hand

Looks like help

But it’s only sleight of hand

Heart strings pulled

It strikes a chord

But it’s insincere

It’s crisis lulled

Don’t listen to the voice of treason

 

Don’t fall

Don’t fall for the voice of treason

Get out

Get out while you still can

Hold on to your rights

Hold on to your money

Don’t fall for their agenda

Don’t join their false fights

Keep the media running

Hopefully away

 

And be careful all you students

They take advantage of you

Captive audience

They take advantage of the situation

Take advantage of your youth

Twist all communications

To make a pawn out of you

 

Caution all good parents

Want your children to get an education

But it’s not the one you meant

They pump agendas through every station

And they use your money to fund it

Turn your child into their puppet

A politically misguided marionette pundit

Play on their emotions

Infect them with the protest itch

Leaves them no more than pimp media’s

Slow bleed drama headline bitch

 

Don’t put them in office

Mistakes made

Don’t keep them there

Their policies

Set to fail their public

But not their pockets

If you feel you have to vote for them

It should be for in which jail

To keep them in

No term limits there

Just lock them in

And throw away the key

Many more preferred

Not the kind of message

I ever wanted to share

Not the kind I want to deliver

But I’ll take it over Apathy

The flavor sprinkled with the footprints

They’d love to walk all over me

Leaves me wondering how they sleep at night

Spin so much wrong

It’s made to look so right

Take advantage of the vulnerable, exposed

Tread upon downtrodden

Paint an open door

On a door that’s closed

Point to the stairway up

But only the cellar’s exposed
