The Yin and Yang of life, while I wanted to post my latest as nothing but positive excellent news, it comes strapped with the weight of life. Several people I know…from work, high school, or simply admired, have passed away.

Nothing lights a fire under my ass more than being reminded of the mortality of life.

Over the past seventeen years, writing has become a passion of mine. But I also have had to recognize it as my third job, thus why it has taken ten years to get this point. After 10 years, I am finally getting The Kite and the Coin Toss published. The official publishing process ball started rolling today.

So after ten years of wearing every hat, writer, artist, marketer, manager, etc., I finally have someone other than myself with responsibilities and interest in raising this story into the novel it has always had the potential to be. It is a very strange feeling to say the least; as if I am taking my child to have someone else look after him for the first time. Though I am happy to say, I firmly believe I have raised this child right and he is ready. I love this child and I am ready to share him with the world.
