Basically, as if humanity's numeric moral options were limited to binary code numbers (1's and 0's), be a 1 not a 0.

In This World Of Numbers

In this world of numbers

It is not adding up

And something does not fly

We are dividing by zero

And I cannot figure why

As I sweat out the equation

I am inclined to believe

Intentions aside

But facts

They cannot hide

Entitlements deceive

For dividing something

By nothing

Leaves no goals to achieve

And just because I am

Does not mean it is all owed to me

If actions follow words

And for the moment follow me

When you say this is one world

In fraction form

Then you should see

How it is one world over one

And for all of us in divisor

We should each bring the value of one

For a solution that is wiser

Beneath this one world over one

One world we each are taking from

In this world of numbers

Be a one that adds value

Be a one that counts

Be a one under our one world

And a one that helps amount

To a divisor that allows

As we multiply by each other

Our one world to stay as one

Remain one world for each other

For in this world of numbers

We can only live with one

Because multiplying by zero

While in the denominator

Acts as venom and a cancer

A calculation terminator

Leaving a divisor of zero

Thus the world no longer one

You cannot add zero value

And expect that you should still count

For adding nothing to something

May leave the same amount

But under one world

It does not add up, as it ought

As we multiply by each other

Leaves a zero in the spot

The denominator being a place

Where a zero, it should not

In this world of numbers

Be a one that adds value

Be a one that counts

Be a one under our one world

And a one that helps amount

To a divisor that allows

As we multiply by each other

Our one world to stay as one

Remain one world for each other

For in this world of numbers

We can only live with one

To divide by a denominator

Should never translate

To an action that is no greater

Than to denominate

For to entitle

Will not equate

For that only divides us

Not makes us one

Leaves the divisor a zero

And a world no longer one

Stay with me now

It is simple math

The answer is plain to see

In order to be one with the world

A one is what you should be

In this world of numbers

Be a one that adds value

Be a one that counts

Be a one under our one world

And a one that helps amount

To a divisor that allows

As we multiply by each other

Our one world to stay as one

Remain one world for each other

For in this world of numbers

We can only live with one
