How apropos, that I have completed phase one of my professional edit and sent back my revised manuscript on Election Day. This phase should be the biggest and hardest of the edit process, so I am hoping I am on the downward slope now to get the book out there!
Didn’t take long
Fell in love with the moon
It was love at first night
She trapped me there
With her full moon stare
I surrendered without a fight
…But a skeleton skull
And a carrion crow
With its eyes on tomorrow
And a stomach that is full
