Don’t let the freedom of America become a lost idea, a memory.
How apropos, that I have completed phase one of my professional edit and sent back my revised manuscript on Election Day. This phase should be the biggest and hardest of the edit process, so I am hoping I am on the downward slope now to get the book out there!
Very excited that I have just completed a structural edit for The Kite and the Coin Toss. One giant step closer to its release. I dream of the day the novel will finally “come to life” and I have a copy in my hands.
This edit was probably the most difficult thing I have had to do with this novel, but I do like the changes I’ve made. I also trimmed about 5,000 words from it.
Now the ball is in the editor’s court for a 3 stage professional edit to prep it for release.
Stay tuned…

The plight of Lester Grynthal
He’s got his eyes
But not his ears
On a history changing wall
So he can see
But cannot hear
The message leading to the fall
His future is his greatest fear
That is
If he’s got one at all

The Edit and the Coin Toss landed heads. Later this year, I can’t wait to see how The Kite and the Coin Toss lands.
Until then, edit on.
To every proud parent.
Heads will roll, or tales of freedom.
How much are you willing to pay for freedom?
Just completed my final edit of The Kite and the Coin Toss…
